Who Can Enter

The Gerber Photo Search Contest 2017 is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C., or Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, have a valid Instagram account and/or an email address, are parents or legal guardians of a child (or children) who is (are) between one (1) day old and forty-eight (48) months old on the date of entry and have not been charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, being delinquent on a government ordered payment, such as child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, or other crime of moral turpitude.

When To Enter

The Submission Period begins on September 13, 2017 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends October 27, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

How To Enter

During the Submission Period, photos that are posted on Instagram using the hashtag #GerberPhotoSearch2017 as well as photos uploaded to www.Gerber.com/photosearch2017 will be compiled and will be entered for consideration in the Promotion for the Grand Prize, as well as for the applicable Incremental Prize.

Maximum of 10 Entries per person/Instagram account/email address throughout the entire Submission Period.

How Sweepstakes Winners Are Chosen

Between October 28, 2017 and November 30, 2017, a panel of Promotion Judges will judge all eligible Entries received during the Submission Period to select 100 Entries to advance to a second round of Grand Prize Judging. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

• visual appeal of the child(ren) in the photo
• expressiveness of child(ren) in photo
• consistency with Gerber’s heritage and itsGrowing Up Gerber mission

A second panel of Promotion Judges will then judge the final 100 entries above, according to the criteria above. The Entrant whose Entry best meets the jugding criteria will be the potential winner of the Grand Prize.

What Are The Sweepstakes Prizes

The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $50,000.00 USD cash award provided in the form of a check which can be used toward Grand Prize Winner’s child(ren)’s education and the opportunity for the Grand Prize recipient’s child(ren) who was(were) featured in the submission to appear in Gerber brand advertisements for the following year, including travel expenses to any related photo shoot for child(ren) and two parents or legal guardians.

Each Incremental Winner for the “Giggles and Wiggles” theme will receive a $500.00 USD cash award provided in the form of a check, a year’s supply of Purina products calculated and awarded as 60 coupons valued at $10.00 each, and a year’s supply of Gerber products calculated and awarded as 60 coupons valued at $10.00 each.

Each Incremental Winner for the “Best Dressed Baby” theme will receive a $500.00 USD cash award provided in the form of a check, courtesy of Gerber Childrenswear, $250.00 worth of Gerber Childrenswear awarded as a digital code to be redeemed at gerberchildrenswear.com, and a year’s supply of Gerber products calculated and awarded as 60 coupons valued at $10.00 each.

Total Value of all Prizes available to be won is $68,300.00.
