Each day, hundreds of new winners will win other delicious prizes including coupons for a Free Sides Upgrade with the Purchase of a Value Basket, coupons for $1 Off a Value Basket or Culver’s Curd Nerd t-shirts.

How To Obtain A Game Piece

Starting on October 3, receive a Sweepstakes Ticket with a “Prize Code” with the purchase of any sized order of Cheese Curds at any participating Culver’s location during the Sweepstakes Period. Specially marked Game Pieces are scheduled to be available at participating Culver’s restaurants until October 30, 2016, or when supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

To request a free game code, hand-print your name, complete street address, date of birth, daytime phone number and email address on a 3½ x 5 inch paper. Mail completed entry, postmarked by 10/14/16 to be received by 10/21/16, to Culver’s “Curd Nerd Sweepstakes,” P.O. Box 760034, El Paso, TX 88576-0034.

The Curd Nerd Sweepstakes 2016 At Culver’s only open to legal residents of the U.S. residing in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, ND, OH, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WI or WY. In addition, participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Starts at 9:00:00 a.m. CT on October 3, 2016 and ends on October 30, 2016, at 11:59:59 p.m. CT . There is a limit of one entry per code, up to 10 total entries per day per person.

Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or around November 1, 2016. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $13,791.80.
