Along with the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private waterfront retreat, the lucky winner will also receive a $50,000 cash prize provided by Quicken Loans. A grand prize valued at over $1,000,000.

More About The Sweepstakes
Eligibility
The DIY Network Ultimate Retreat Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of August 6, 2017.
Timing
The Sweepstakes Period is beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET on August 7, 2017 and is ending at 5:00 p.m. ET on September 27, 2017.
Limit
Limit one online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day via DIYNetwork.com and one online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day via HGTV.com.
Prizes
One Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize, which consists of the home located near Burlington, VT that is featured in the “DIY Network Ultimate Retreat 2017” episodes and special (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) and $50,000 courtesy of Quicken Loans.
In lieu of taking title to the DIY Network Ultimate Retreat 2017, the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $532,000 in cash.
Total ARV of Grand Prize is $1,114,508.54 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the DIY Network Ultimate Retreat 2017 or $582,000 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu.
Winners
One potential grand prize winner will be chosen by Sponsor in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period on or about October 9, 2017.
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted either by phone, e-mail from the email address homepromos@scrippsnetworks.com, or in writing, between October 23 and November 6, 2017.
Beginning on or about November 20, 2017, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner by going to the DIY Network Website (www.diynetwork.com) or mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: DIY Network Ultimate Retreat Giveaway 2017 – Winner’s List, PO Box 51622, Knoxville, TN 37950. Requests received after January 1, 2017 will not be honored.
