2. Once at the Promotion Site, click “ENTER” to begin.
3. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the online entry form.
4. Submit all required registration information by clicking the “SUBMIT” button.

If you submit all required prompts, you will receive one entry into the random drawing for that day.

What Are The Sweepstakes Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize #1: A KitchenAid Artisan Mini Stand Mixer with a Spiralizer attachment, 10 online cooking classes from Sur La Table/SCRAPS and $50 awarded in the form of a check.

Ten (10) First Prizes: An online cooking class from Sur La Table/SCRAPS of winner’s choice and $50 awarded in the form of a check.

More About This FYI Sweepstakes

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older at the time of entry.
• Commences at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) ET on May 22, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on June 19, 2017.
• There is a limit of one Entry per person per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
• On or about June 20, 2017, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period in order to select 2 Grand Prize Winners and 10 First Prize Winners.
