Remington All-in-1 Grooming System Review : I shave my heads since I’m 12 years old. That means that I’ve been shaving my head for nearly 20 years now so when we are talking about grooming systems, I know what I’m talking about. In 20 years, I bought about 4-5 grooming systems. Some were good, some were bad. I’m testing the Remington All-in-1 Grooming System for more than one month now. Let’s find out in which category it falls.
The Remington All-in-1 Grooming System is one of those grooming system that do more than cut your hair. It includes an Hair Clipper, an Arc Detailer, a Nose & Ear Trimmer, a Foil Shaver and a Beard & Stubble Trimmer. That’s more than you need to take care of your hair. The system is a cordless (rechargeable) and comes with a deluxe storage case to keep your groomer organized.
At first, I was kind of septic about the hair clipper. I’m used to larger groomer and larger trimmer but even if this one is small, it does the job pretty well ! This is probably due to titanium infused blades that are strong and sharp.
The fact that the groomer is small and cordless probably help too. It’s easier to maneuver.
I have a strong beard and I was curious to see if the blades were good enough to cut it well. Yes, it does the job well. The foil shaver works well but I have to admit it does not work as good as a shaver. But considering the fact that it’s NOT a shaver (it’s an affordable all-in-1 grooming system), it works good enough.
Personally, I found this system had a short battery life. About 30 minute run time. I don’t shave my beard every single day and I don’t cut my hair every single day either so when I take time to shave, I do them all at once and it can take more than 30 minutes (it needs to be perfect !). After about 20 minutes, you can feel the battery discharging. The system loses power and I have to recharge the system a bit to finish the job and it can be annoying.
Shaving my hair and beard are the main tasks I do with a groomer and the Remington All-in-1 Grooming System does it well.

This Remington All-in-1 grooming system looks pretty good, but!
MY FAVORITE REMINGTON grooming tool was originally sold as a man’s hair cutting tool & it has an onboard “vacuum” that sucks the cut hair up. NO MESS! I probably went through 3-4 of those. Not only did I cut my husband, brother’s & Brother-in-law’s hair, but I also trimmed Yorkies (2) & believe it or not, a Golden Retriever that belonged to my brother. About 3 or so yrs. ago, they quit selling them as men’s hair cutting tools – but LUCKY ME!!! The SAME unit now was being sold as a tool for grooming pets (dogs). WOO-HOO! Back in business.
Then Remington changed it to a “Pet Grooming” clipper set. I have bought about 4 of them over the past 3 or so yrs. Lost my Yorkie to old age but still helped family members w/their dogs.
Two yrs. ago this Nov., we got a teacup poodle & now I use the Remington Pet Clippers on her. I panicked when I could no longer find them in stores. While in AZ, I found some at a Pet Store & bought 2 sets. This past year I found them at a Pet Store here in TN & bought 2 or 3 more sets (all they had).
I HOPE REMINGTON NEVER DISCONTINUES that particular model. It’s NOT that I don’t want to win this new set youhave out, I just don’t want you to replace the vacuum model. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!
