The HIxNY Sweepstakes is open to legal United States residents, residing in the greater New York metropolitan area, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. The Sweepstakes begins April 23, 2019 at 12:00 AM ET and ends October 31, 2019 at 11:59 PM ET. Limit one (1) Entry per person per Drawing.
