Eligibility : Participation in the Contest is limited to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and residents of Canada (residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate).

Promotion Period : Starts on June 1, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on October 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Contest Period”).

Prize (s) :

Weekly Prizes (21): The Sponsor will award up to twenty-one (21) Weekly Prizes during the Contest Period, each consisting of a Jones Soda/Fiat Prize Pack that includes a case of Jones Soda Natural Jones Soda and Jones Soda branded merchandise (by way of example only, hat, T-shirt, backpack) and Fiat branded merchandise. The odds of a Contestant winning a Weekly Prize vary, and depend on the total number of valid Entries by all Contestants. The approximate retail value of a Weekly Prize is One Hundred U.S. Dollars (US$100.00).

Grand Prize (1): The Sponsor will award one Grand Prize at the end of the Contest Period consisting of:
• One (1) Fiat 500e vehicle (the “Vehicle”) (approximate retail value Thirty-Two Thousand U.S. Dollars (US$32,000.00)),
• Two (2) one-hour surf lessons on successive days, or one (1) two-hour surf lesson, with Brianna Cope in Southern California, USA (or the nearest surf beach within 180 miles of the Grand Prize winner’s home) to be completed prior to September 30, 2014 (approximate retail value One Thousand U.S. Dollars (US$1,000)),
• The winning photo on a national run of Natural Jones Soda, and
• One (1) Jones Soda/Fiat prize pack (approximate retail value One Hundred U.S. Dollars (US$100)).
