Alamo Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Alamo Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Alamo Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), November 17, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, January 18, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

Twenty (20) GRAND PRIZE trips for up to four (4) people (winner and up to three (3) guests) to the winner’s choice of either the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida or the Disneyland® Resort in California. Each Grand Prize will consist of roundtrip coach-class air travel for four (4) from the major metropolitan airport (as selected by Sponsor) in the U.S. nearest winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida or Southern California airport (as selected by Sponsor), hotel accommodations (one standard room/quadruple occupancy) for four (4) nights; The Walt Disney World® Resort trip includes four (4) five-day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option. The Disneyland® Resort trip includes four (4) five-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® passes. Grand Prize also includes a five (5) day, full-size car rental (subject to Sponsor’s eligible driver criteria and the winner’s execution of, and compliance with, Sponsor’s standard rental agreement) from Sponsor. In addition, Grand Prize also includes: winner’s choice of one (1) Celebration Experience from a list provided by Sponsor (up to $500 value); Four (4) Custom Mickey Mouse ear hats; Celebration dining experience for four (4) with custom cake for particular celebration; Themed “Celebration” Welcome Basket; and Disney Gift Card with a value of $250.00 USD. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Walt Disney World® Resort trip is: $5,670.00. ARV of the Disneyland® Resort trip is: $5,358.00. Actual value of Grand Prize trip varies, based upon points of departure, dates of travel, and airfare fluctuations.
