Eligibility : You may enter the Sweepstakes if you meet all of the following requirements: (A) you have a valid email address, and (B) you have a valid phone number, (C) you are a legal resident of one of the following Albertson’s LLC Market States (“Market States”): Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and (D) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) $200 USD Albertsons Gift Card; six (6) Runner Up Winners will receive one (1) $50 USD Albertsons Gift Card (collectively, the “Prizes”).
The Prizes have a maximum retail-value of five hundred U.S. Dollars and zero cents ($500.00) (the “Maximum Value”).
The Grand Prize Winner will also have their Parfait creation made and sold in their local Albertsons store for thirty (30) days.
