Eligibility : Open to legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia of all ages. HOWEVER, eligibility to participate as an entrant (“Entrant”) is open to those who are, as of the date of entry, (i) legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; and (ii) the age of majority in his/her state of residence and at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Promotion Period : Registration for the Contest begins 12:00:00 am (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/16/13 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on 9/29/13 (hereafter, “Registration Period”). Entry submission in the Contest begins 12:00:00 am (midnight) ET on 8/16/13 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on 9/30/13 (hereafter, “Submission Period”).

Prize (s) :

(50) Semi-Finalist Prizes (one (1) per each of the fifty (50) Markets): A five (5) day/four (4) night trip (which may commence on or around from 10/16/13 and end on or around 10/21/13) for winner and the Participants included in his/her Entry (up to five (5) Participants) to Los Angeles, CAto participate in The Hub Network’s 1st Annual Halloween Bash (hereafter, “Event” or “BASH”) where the individuals included in the winning Entries will have the opportunity to compete in the Event as outlined below.

Event Details:During the Event, the individuals included in the fifty (50) Semi-Finalist winning Entries (each such Entry, a “Competitor”) will dress in the same costumes as they did in the Photos. The Sponsor will separate the Competitors into the Categories as each Entrant had selected at the time of registration. Sponsor will judge Competitors in each Category based on the Judging Criteria outlined above. The one (1) Competitor in each Category receiving the highest score, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be determined the applicable Category’s Category Prize winner and will advance to compete for the chance to win the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right not to select a Category Prize winner for any Category if, in its sole discretion, there are no Entries or no qualified Entries for a particular Category. The six (6) Category Prize Competitors will be re-judged by Sponsor based on the Judging Criteria outlined above to determine the Grand Prize winner. The one (1) Competitor receiving the highest score, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be determined the Grand Prize winner. Category Prizes and Grand Prize, respectively, will be awarded to the Entrant of such applicable Entry rather than to any of the individuals included in any component of that Entry. All Event details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

(6) Category Prizes (one (1) per each of the six (6) Categories): $1,000 awarded in the form of a check to winner and a Bash Trophy. The Category Prize winner is determined as the Entrant who submitted the original Entry. ARV = $1,250.

(1) Grand Prize: $25,000 awarded in the form of a check to winner and a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and the Participants included in his/her Entry (up to five (5) Participants) in his/her Entry to Vancouver, B.C., Canada, for the opportunity to participate in a “walk on” role on the Sponsor’s show entitled “R. L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour” (the “Show”). Sponsor does not guarantee the opportunity for winner and/or Participants to perform a “walk on” role nor does it guarantee that, if such participation takes place, that the Show will be broadcast or will otherwise be made available to the public. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S. to Vancouver, B.C., and standard hotel accommodations (up to five (5) rooms, as applicable for number of Participants and Guests (defined below), if any) for two (2) nights. Grand Prize ARV = maximum of $34,350.
