Pepsi Countdown To Now Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of August 19, 2013 and who are physically located and residing in the KNBC, KNTV, or KXAS terrestrial geographic viewing areas (each, a “Local Geographic Area”; collectively, “Overall Geographic Area”) in the following counties:

KNBC: Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura in the state of California.

KNTV: Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Solano, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Sonoma in the state of California

KXAS: Anderson, Bosque, Collin, Comanche, Cooke, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Freestone, Hamilton, Henderson, Hill, Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Kaufman, Lamar, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rains, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant, Van Zandt and Wise in the state of Texas.

Promotion Period : Begin on August 19, 2013 at 12:01 A.M. CT and end on September 15, 2013 at 11:59 P.M. CT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

There will be a total of thirty-four (34) prizes (“Prizes”) awarded: thirty (30) second prizes (“Second Prizes”); three (3) first prizes (“First Prizes”); and one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) First Prize and one (1) Grand Prize.

Second Prizes: There will be thirty (30) Second Prizes awarded, with one (1) Second Prize awarded to each Second Prize Winner. Each Second Prize will consist of the following: one (1) Saturday Night Live “The Women of SNL” DVD (actual DVD to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Second Prize is forty dollars ($40). Total ERV of all Second Prizes is one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200).

First Prizes: There will be three (3) First Prizes awarded, with one (1) First Prize awarded to each First Prize Winner. Each First Prize will consist of a trip to New York City, NY (the “Trip”) for First Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”). Each Trip consists of the following: round-trip, coach-class air travel for First Prize Winner and his/her Guest from a major commercial airport near First Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in or near New York City, NY (“NYC Airport”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for First Prize Winner and his/her Guest for two (2) nights at a hotel in New York City, NY (“NYC Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); an opportunity for First Prize Winner and his/her Guest to attend a catered lunch and watch from a viewing room a SNL music rehearsal scheduled to take place during the Trip (the “Viewing Event”); one (1) tour of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112 (“Tour”); and one (1) SNL welcome gift (actual contents to be determined and subject to change at Sponsors’ sole discretion); and round-trip ground transportation for First Prize Winner and his/her Guest between NYC Airport and NYC Hotel. EACH FIRST PRIZE WINNER AND HIS/HER GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL ON DATES AND TIMES AS DETERMINED BY SPONSORS IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, OR SUCH FIRST PRIZE WINNER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND, TIME PERMITTING, AN ALTERNATE FIRST PRIZE WINNER MAY BE SELECTED FROM THE REMAINING ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR THE CORRESPONDING LOCAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA, AT SPONSORS’ SOLE DISCRETION. Each First Prize Winner and his/her Guest must be able to travel together on the same itinerary and attend the Viewing Event together. ERV of each First Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500). Total ERV of all First Prizes is seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500).

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) First Prize (as described above) and one (1) Grand Prize. Grand Prize will consist of the following: two (2) tickets (one (1) each for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest) to a live taping (the “Taping”) of the NBC television show Saturday Night Live (the “Show”), scheduled to take place during his/her Trip; accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest for up to two (2) additional nights at NYC Hotel (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); and ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest between NYC Hotel and the Taping. Due to age restrictions at the Taping, Grand Prize Winner’s Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the first date of travel. GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND HIS/HER GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL ON DATES AND TIMES AS DETERMINED BY SPONSORS IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, OR GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND, TIME PERMITTING, AN ALTERNATE GRAND PRIZE WINNER MAY BE SELECTED FROM THE REMAINING ELIGIBLE FIRST PRIZE WINNERS AT SPONSORS’ SOLE DISCRETION. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must travel together on the same itinerary and attend the Taping together. ERV of Grand Prize is one thousand dollars ($1,000).
