Ubisoft Prince of Persia Sweepstakes

Eligibility : You must be a legal resident of the Eligibility Area and 13 years or older at the time of entry. Void in overseas U.S. territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations, and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Ubisoft Prince of Persia Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01:00 AM PT on December 23, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on February 2, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).

Limit : LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

Prize (s):

Prize Package One: One (1) prize winner will receive a “Behind the Scenes at Ubisoft Montreal Studio” trip for two (winner and one guest) to Montreal, Canada. Trip includes round trip economy class airfare for two (2) from a major US gateway within the contiguous United States near the winner’s home to Montreal, Canada, round trip airport limousine transportation to/from hotel including meet & greet service, three (3) nights deluxe hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at the W Montreal (or similar hotel chosen at Sponsor’s discretion), daily breakfast for two (2) at the hotel, one (1) dinner for two (2) at a restaurant chosen by Sponsor (awarded in the form of a gift certificate), round trip sedan transportation to/from Ubisoft Montreal studio, a tour of the Ubisoft Montreal Studio and $1,000.00 spending allowance (for winner only). ARV: $5,500.00.

Prize Package Two: One (1) prize winner will receive a “Tricked Out Game Room” which includes one (1) Samsung 46″ 1080p Flat-Panel LCD HDTV (awarded in the form of a gift certificate to a major electronics store chosen by Sponsor), one (1) Sanus Tilting Wall Mount, one (1) Samsung 1000W 5.1-Ch Home Theater System, choice of one (1) game console: EITHER one (1) X-Box 360 Elite Console (120 GB) including two (2) upgraded wireless controllers two (2) games, one (1) X-Box live headset OR one (1) Sony PlayStation 3 (80 GB) including two (2) upgraded wireless controllers and Blu-ray Disc player); choice of three (3) Ubisoft games, subject to availability, such as: Prince of Persia, Brothers in Arms, Tom Clancy’s HAWX, and Shaun White’s Snowboarding; two (2) X-Rocker Wireless Game Chairs; Home Theater Installation. Prize elements will be purchased from a major electronic store and shipped directly to the winner’s home residence. Installation services will be provided by an installer chosen by Sponsor at a date and time mutually agreed upon by winner and Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative. ARV: $4,700.00.

Prize Package Three: Three (3) prize winners will each receive a piece of signed artwork from the Prince of Persia game. Exact details of prize to be chosen by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV of each prize: $50.00.

Prize Package Four: 25 prize winners will each receive a copy of the newly released Prince of Persia video game. ARV of each game $60.00.
