FedEx Tracking Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The FedEx Tracking Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The FedEx Tracking Sweepstakes begins on January 19, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 19, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, if you receive an email, follow the links and instructions, or visit http://offer.van.fedex.com/m/p/fdx/new/registration.asp and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to New Orleans, LA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New Orleans, LA; three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); roundtrip ground transportation between airport and hotel; and $400 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,100

THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: A laptop computer, all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $2,000.

FIVE (5) SECOND PRIZES: A Garmin GPS, model and details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $400.

FIVE (5) THIRD PRIZES: An Amazon.com gift card that may be used to purchase a cellular phone and one (1) year of service, terms and conditions of gift card apply. ARV: $400.
