How To Enter : Connect to SpaFinder’s World Wide Web page at www.spafinder.com/readerschoice2009 and enter the Readers’ Choice Awards Sweepstakes by filling out the Readers’ Choice Awards Sweepstakes entry form with your e-mail address and full name. After you complete the entry form, press “submit” and you will be entered into the Sweepstakes.

Limit : Limit one entry per person or e-mail address, two per family or household.
