Prismacolor Annual National Art Competition 2009
Eligibility : You must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or D.C., 18 years of age or older as of January 15, 2009 to be eligible for this Competition.
Promotion Period : Prismacolor Annual National Art Competition 2009 begins January 15, 2009 at 12:00:01 am CST and ends May 31, 2009, at 11:59:59 pm CDT (the “Competition Period”).
How To Enter : To enter the Prismacolor Annual National Art Competition 2009, visit www.prismacolor.com and follow the on-screen instructions. Complete the entry form with all required information, including a statement about the submitted Artwork or the inspiration for the Artwork that is up to a maximum of 100 words in length (note: the statement itself will not be judged, but is your opportunity to tell us anything you want us to know about your Artwork), and upload a digital photograph of your Artwork in a .jpg format (no larger than 2Mb).
Limit : Limit one Entry per person/email address per Category.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of $5,000 cash, a $500 charitable donation in the Grand Prize winner’s name to the art charity of Grand Prize winner’s choice (subject to Sponsor’s approval and confirmation of charitable organization status under the United States tax laws), and the winning Entry and/or Artwork featured on Prismacolor.com. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is: $5,500.
Five (5) Finalist Prizes: The Finalist Prize consists of $2,500 cash and the winning Entry and/or Artwork featured on Prismacolor.com. The ARV of each Finalist Prize is: $2,500.
Winners :
For the names of the winners send a stamped, self-addressed (#10) envelope to: Prismacolor Annual National Art Competition 2009 Winner List, P.O. Box 324 Lombard, IL 60148-0324. All requests must be received by 6/30/09. Winners list will be sent when the Competition is over and all prizes have been awarded.

Is the Prismacolor Art Competition any good? I read the rules and some of them were not satisfying.
