Eligibility : The Candie’s Britney Spears Concert Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the Continental United States who are 13 years of age and over as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : The Candie’s Britney Spears Concert Sweepstakes begins March 2, 2009 at 4:00:00PM. U.S. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends April 2, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter :  You can register for the Candie’s Britney Spears Concert Sweepstakes by properly completing the online entry form located at www.candies.com.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) grand-prize winner will win a trip to Los Angeles, California for the winner and one travel companion. This prize specifically includes round trip airfare for two (economy class) from winner’s nearest major city to Los Angeles, two (2) nights hotel accommodation (double occupancy) for the winner and guest, airport transfers, two (2) VIP tickets to the Britney Spears concert in Los Angeles on either April 16th or 17th 2009 (at Prize Provider’s discretion) in addition to a Candie’s gift bag. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $2,000.
