Eligibility :  To participate in the Energizer Monsters vs Aliens Vacation Sweepstakes, you must be a legal U.S. resident currently living in the 50 United States or DC, 18 years of age or older (19) or older if a resident of AL or NE; 21 or older if resident of MS) and have Internet access as of 3/2/09.

Promotion Period : The Energizer Monsters vs Aliens Vacation Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 a.m. EST on 3/2/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on 6/1/09 (“Promotional Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.energizer.com/monstersvsaliens and follow the instructions posted on-screen to complete and submit an entry.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/household/e-mail address, per day during the Promotional Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 7-day/6-night Energizer Monsters vs Aliens Vacation Package for Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests to the Grand Prize winner’s choice of one (1) of the following destinations: 1) New York, NY; 2) Miami, FL; 3) San Francisco, CA; or 4) Washington, D.C., plus $1,500 spending money to be awarded in the form a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner (the “Package”) .  TOTAL ARV OF GRAND PRIZE: $10,000
