Kawasaki’s Green Light to Win Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Kawasaki’s Green Light to Win Sweepstakes (“Game”) is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid U.S. driver’s license as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : Kawasaki’s Green Light to Win Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:00 PM (noon) Central Time (“CT”) on 4/17/09 and ends at 11:59:59 AM CT on 8/31/09 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : You may obtain a game piece/game code in one of two ways: 1) Text Messaging: Using a text messaging capable device, text the designated keyword found on participating promotional materials to short code “75309” to receive a reply message containing your game code and a link to your game piece. You may opt-out from receiving future text messages from Sponsor at any time by sending END to “75309”. Important Notice for Text Messaging Method: Standard text message rates apply. Your wireless service provider may charge you for each text message you send and receive. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans. You must be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service/capabilities and the ability to view the game piece using a participating service provider in order to enter via this method. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions. Text-message game code requests must be received by 11:59:59 AM CT on 8/31/09 to be eligible; OR 2) To participate by mail, hand print your name, complete mailing address, date of birth, & telephone number (area code included) on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) (VT residents may omit return stamp) and mail to: Kawasaki Green Light Game Code Request, PO Box 11488, Bozeman, MT 59719-1488. All mailed game code requests must be received by 9/7/09. Upon receipt a representative of the Sponsor will send a text message (as indicated above) on your behalf. A game code will be sent (using the SASE provided) within 5 business days. One request per outer stamped envelope. All materials submitted in connection with this Game become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Game pieces/game codes that are obtained through unauthorized or illegitimate channels or which are fraudulent will be void. Game pieces/game codes may only be used once. To find out if you have a winning game piece/game code: You may find out if you have a winning game piece/game code in one of two ways: 1) Bring your game piece/game code to a participating Kawasaki Dealer in your area (during business hours) between 4/17/09 and 9/21/09, see a sales associate and follow the instructions provided to find out if you are a potential winner. For a list of participating Kawasaki Dealers in your area, visit Kawasaki.com; or 2) If you do not wish to visit a Kawasaki Dealer or if you do not have access to a Kawasaki Dealer within a reasonable distance, you may visit Kawasaki.com/greenlight and follow the instructions to enter your game code. All potential winners who enter via this method will be notified via mail within ten (10) weeks of their game code submission.

Limit : Limit of one (1) game piece/game code per person, per week for a maximum of nineteen (19) game plays for the duration of the Promotion Period.
