CoverGirl All Star Cheer Squad Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The CoverGirl All Star Cheer Squad Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : The CoverGirl All Star Cheer Squad Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on April 22, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 15, 2009.

How To Enter : To enter, access www.covergirl.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.

Limit : There is a limit of one sweepstakes entry per person and per e-mail address.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Wii™ console, one (1) “All Star Cheer Squad™” Wii™ video game and three (3) CoverGirl products (Luxe, Outlast Lipstain and TruBlend Microminerals Bronzer). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $360.00.

First Prize: The First Prize consists of one (1) Nintendo DS™ Lite console, one (1) “All Star Cheer Squad™” Nintendo DS™ video game and three (3) CoverGirl products (Luxe, Outlast Lipstain and TruBlend Microminerals Bronzer). The ARV of the First Prize is $180.00.

Second Prize: Each of the fifteen (15) Second Prizes consists of one (1) “All Star Cheer Squad™” Wii™ video game and three (3) CoverGirl products (Luxe, Outlast Lipstain and TruBlend Microminerals Bronzer). The ARV of each Second Prize is $60.00.
