Food Network NYC Wine & Food Festival Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Food Network NYC Wine & Food Festival Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 years of age or older

Promotion Period : The Food Network NYC Wine & Food Festival Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 30, 2009 and end at 5:00 p.m. ET on August 23, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter during the Promotion Period visit www.foodnetwork.com/nycsweeps, complete the online entry form in its entirety, and submit.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for two (2) to New York City, NY consisting of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare to New York City from the major airport closest to winner’s home address; (ii) first class hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy; room rate and tax only) for four (4) days/three (3) nights; (iii) round-trip airport transfers in New York City; (iv) admission to the 2009 NYC Wine and Food Festival; and (v) $500 spending money (for winner only). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this Prize Package is $2,258.00. 

Five (5) First Prize winners (collectively with Grand Prize Winner, the “Winners”) will each receive one (1) $100 Food Network Gift Certificate. ARV of all First Prizes is $500.

Winners : For the winners’ names and cities of residence or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (no later than September 30, 2009) to the following address: Food Network NYC Wine & Food Festival Sweepstakes,” P.O. Box 233, Florham Park, NJ 07932. Be sure to indicate “Official Rules” or “Winner Confirmation” on the front of your envelope.
