Promotion Period : The sweepstakes begins on November 6, 2023 and ends on December 10, 2023.

How To Enter : Complete the entry form found at https://www.countryhearthbreads.com/sweeps/. You must complete all information requested of them to be included in the drawing.

Limit : Limit one entry per person/household address.

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the states of IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MT ND, NE, SD, WI, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must be physically located within 25 miles of a store that sells Country Hearth products within the valid state.

Prize (s) : Grand Prize winner of a check for $1,000.  Two First Prize winners of a check for $500. Total ARV of sweepstakes is $2,000.

Winners : The names of the prizewinners can be found by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to 2022 Loafy’s Holiday Sweepstakes, 26003 Heritage Road, Cold Spring, MN 56320. Requests must be received by January 10, 2024. The winners list will be completed after the prize winners are confirmed.
