Survivor: Samoa Fantasy League

Eligibility : Survivor: Samoa Fantasy League is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia at least eighteen (18) years of age or older or age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of registration into the Contest (as defined below) and who are registered users (i.e. successfully obtain user ID and password) (“Registered Users”) on any one or more of the following CBS Interactive Websites: cbs.com, CBSSports.com, CBSgames.com and/or CBSnews.com, (“CBS Interactive Sites”).

Promotion Period : The Survivor: Samoa Fantasy League registration process begins on or about 3:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/27/09 and registration ends at 8:00 PM ET on 11/26/09 or fourteen days before the final episode is broadcast. The Contest ends at 8:00 PM ET on 12/13/09 or with the commencement of the East Coast broadcast of the final episode of Survivor: Samoa whichever is later (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Go to www.cbs.com/primetime/survivor/fantasy anytime during the Promotion Period, click on the Survivor: Samoa icon, and complete the Survivor: Samoa Fantasy League registration form.

Limit : LIMIT ONE TEAM REGISTRATION PER REGISTERED PARTICIPANT REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD.

Prize (s):

One (1) Survivor: Samoa Finale Prize: that consists of a 3-Day/2-Night trip to either Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY (“Finale Broadcast City”) to attend the Survivor: Samoa Finale broadcast for the Finale Prize winner and one guest. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Finale Prize winner and guest to Finale Broadcast City from a single major U.S. airport nearest Finale Prize winner’s home (Finale Broadcast City and departure airport determined solely by Sponsor), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, admission for Finale Prize winner and guest to the Survivor: Samoa Finale on orabout Sunday 12/13/09, ground transfers in Finale Broadcast City from hotel to studio and $500 cash. Estimated retail value of the Finale Prize is $3,500.

One (1) Survivor: Samoa Grand Prize: that consists of an 8-Day/7-Night trip to Samoa for the Grand Prize winner and one guest. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize winner and guest to destination city in Samoa (city/itinerary determined solely by Sponsor) from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for seven (7) nights, ground transfers in Samoa from airport to hotel and $500 cash.  Estimated retail value of the Survivor: Samoa Grand Prize is $10,000.

Winners : To obtain the name of the Survivor: Samoa Prize winners, available after 1/15/10, mail a self addressed stamped envelope (“SASE”) to: CBS Interactive Inc., 2200 W. Requests received after 12/13/09 will not be honored. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage for Official Rules request.
