How To Enter : Look under the cap of specially marked 20 oz. CRUSH bottles for the Game code (“Code”). Enter your Code at www.crushsoda.com. You are automatically entered in the Sweepstakes every time that you enter a Code in the Game.
Limit : 10 online code entries per e-mail address per day.
