JCPenney All Star Promotion

Eligibility : The JCPenney All Star Promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Maine) who are at least fifteen (15) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The JCPenney All Star Promotion begins on November 15, 2009 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 15, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, go to http://adidas.promo.eprize.com/jcpallstar and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form

Limit : Each entrant may enter one (1) time per day by any method or combination of methods during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES: A trip for two (2) to the 2010 NBA All-Star weekend scheduled for February 13 and 14, in Dallas, TX. Trip package includes roundtrip, coachclass air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Dallas, TX; 4 days and 3 nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a $400
allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay; two (2) tickets to the 2010 NBA All-Star Rookie Challenge, Skills Competition, NBA All-Star Saturday Night and the 2010 NBA All- Star Game (seat locations determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); All-Star apparel and footwear kit (contents determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a $250 Visa gift card to cover food and travel expenses (terms and conditions of gift card apply). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.

TWENTY-FIVE (25) FIRST PRIZES: An Autographed NBA Jersey (team and player appearing on the jersey and the size of the jersey to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $150.

FIFTY (50) SECOND PRIZES: An 8GB iPod® Touch loaded with an iTunes gift card for twenty (20) song downloads. ARV: $200.
