Charter’s Daily Deal Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Charter’s Daily Deal Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States except New York, reside in a Charter Communications serviceable area and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Charter’s Daily Deal Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. CT on December 1, 2009 and ends at 12:00 p.m. CT on January 6, 2010.

How To Enter : you may enter the Sweepstakes via the Internet by logging on to the Charter.com/dailydeal and follow the entry directions

Limit : Regardless of entry method you may enter only once per day.

Prize (s):

There will be sixteen hundred (1,600) Prizes awarded, (fifty (50) each day, except for the following (i) no Thursday drawings and (ii) December 6, 2009 & January 5, 2010 one hundred (100) prizes will be awarded). The Prize consists solely of those daily prizes further described in the attached Exhibit A. The approximate total retail value of the Prize ranges in value from $30.00 – $160.00. Further description is available in the attached Exhibit A.
