Eligibility : Papa John’s Be in the House with Papa at Super Bowl XLIV Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Papa John’s Be in the House with Papa at Super Bowl XLIV Sweepstakes start December 28, 2009 at 4:00:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)and end January 24, 2010 at 11:59:00 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to Miami, FL to attend the Super Bowl XLIV game on February 7, 2010. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Miami, FL; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy), and two (2) tickets to the
game on February 7, 2010. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,250.
