Promotion Period : The Kelly’s Perfect New Year’s Party Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 4, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 9, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.kelly-confidential.com (“Web site”), log in, and select a recipe or tip for your party plan to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit : Limit (1) entry per person and per email address per week, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

One Grand Prize consisting of (1) Electrolux French Door Refrigerator. Winner’s specifications for the refrigerator are to be presented to Sponsor within a month of notification of winning, and are subject to approval by Sponsor. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $3,799).
