Eligibility : Frescolution Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Frescolution Promotion begins on December 30, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on July 26, 2010 at 2:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)
