Not only do I as a 70 year old drink Ensure, my 14 year old grandson drinks it because he is underweight and drinks it for the vitamins and nutrients and because it taste good.

I am 70 and drink Ensure and my 14 year old grandson drinks it to gain weight and for the vitamins and nutrients and he loves the taste.

I’ve been drinking ensure for years now for vitamins supplements and taste. However, I can’t keep them now, because all my grandchildren seem to find them. Mind you I had hidden in the bottom of the fridge in vegetable bin. I don’t mind, I’m just glad they’re getting extra nutrients from ensure. They really think they’re milk shakes. Lol

I am a retired nurse.I have served Ensure to my patients over the years.The children in pediatrics and the elderly in geriatrics.I served it straight out of the Ensure bottle,in a glass with ice,a baby bottle and through a feeding tube. It was easy to give them because of the delicious taste and flavors!!! They NEVER turned them down!!! Their health improved or was maintained.I too have enjoyed Ensure over the years,and continue to this day.I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Dec. 2017,I received chemo and radiation treatment in 2018.I couldn’t eat much and my sweet tastebud’s was the onlly ones that worked!!! I could not taste foods that was salty,sour,bitter or spicey!!! The Ensure was a life savior.I drank it for breakfast,lunch and dinner.I made milk shakes,by putting ice cream in the blender with a bottle of Ensure. My Favorite flavors were strawberry, banana and,butter pecan.I can’t find any of the flavors now,except strawberry( Please tell me where I can find the other flavors) .My husband bought it by the cases when I was in treatment!!! I am still drinking it today,because I don’t eat breakfast most days,and as a nurse I know how important to start the day with good nutrition. Ensure puts a pep- in- my- steps (energy) !!! I started drinking Ensure Max Protein Cafe Mocha two years ago, for the energy and the flavor. The best thing is the convenience, I can take it with me and not worry about refrigeration. It is tasty even at room temperature, like an expensive coffee drink. At eighty eight years old it provides a full day of energy for shopping, house cleaning or working out.
