Sleepy’s Dream Getaway Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and of the legal age of majority in their state of residence as of February 1, 2010, who are physically located and residing in the WBAL, WBRE, WCAU, WGAL, WHDH, WJAR, WNBC, WRC WVIT and WWLP terrestrial geographic viewing areas (each, a “Local Geographic Area;” collectively, “Overall Geographic Area”) in the following counties:

WBAL: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot in the state of Maryland.

WBRE: Bradford, Carbon, Clinton, Columbia, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Lycoming, Monroe, Montour, Northumberland, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Union, Wayne and Wyoming in the state of Pennsylvania

WCAU: Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia in the state of Pennsylvania; Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Cape May, Atlantic, Salem, and Cumberland in the state of New Jersey; and New Castle and Kent in the state of Delaware.

WGAL: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry and York in the state of Pennsylvania.

WHDH: Barnstable, Dukes, Essex, Middlesex, Nantucket, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk and Worcester in the state of Massachusetts; Belknap, Cheshire, Hillsborough, Merrimack, Rockingham and Strafford in the state of New Hampshire; Windham in the state of Vermont.

WJAR: Bristol, Kent, Newport, Province and Washington in the state of Rhode Island; Bristol in the state of Massachusetts.

WNBC: Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester in the state of New York; Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren in the state of New Jersey; Fairfield in the state of Connecticut; and Pike in the state of Pennsylvania.

WRC: The District of Columbia, and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Frederick, Clarke, Fauquier, Loudoun, Warren, Jefferson, Culpeper, King George, Orange, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, Westmoreland, Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Mineral, and Morgan in Virginia; the counties of Montgomery, Prince George’s, Calvert, Charles, Frederick, Allegany, St. Mary’s, and Washington in Maryland; and Fulton county in Pennsylvania.

WVIT: Hartford, New Haven, Litchfield, Middlesex, Tolland, Windham, and New London in the state of Connecticut.

WWLP: Franklin, Hamden and Hampshire in the state of Pennsylvania.

Promotion Period : Sleepy’s Dream Getaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on February 1, 2010, at 12:00:01 A.M. ET and end on February 28, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, access the Sweepstakes web site at sleepysdreamgetaway.com (“Web Site”) and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter transmit the entry form.

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”), consisting of the following: A trip (“Trip”) for winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to a yet to be determined destination city. Trip destination to be selected by Winner, in writing, and Winner’s choice of destination city (“Location”) is subject to the subsequent approval of Sponsors. Trip consists of round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Winner and his/her Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near Location (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for up to six (6) nights at a hotel in or near Location (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); round trip ground transportation between airport and hotel; and five hundred dollars ($500) for Winner to be paid by check or in such other form as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500).
