Eligibility : The Godiva Give Love Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry

Promotion Period : Godiva Give Love Giveaway begins at 12:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/12/10 and ends at 11:59PM ET on 2/14/10 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit GODIVA.com/love and follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit the registration form.

Limit : You may only send one (1) of each of the four (4) unique virtual Valentines per each of the methods provided to any one (1) individual for the duration of the Promotion Period, for a maximum total of eight (8) virtual Valentines per one (1) individual recipient for the entire Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Each day of the Promotion Period, a pair of identical 36-piece Godiva Valentine Day Ballotins will be available to be awarded to one (1) Daily Prize winner. Winner may choose to Give (transfer, without compensation) one of the Ballotins to a third party recipient & Receive the second Ballotin for him/herself. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize package = $90).
