HomeAway Hotel Hell Contest

Eligibility : You may enter the Contest or vote in the Contest if (a) you are a legal resident of the 50 United States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico or Canada (other than Quebec) (b) you are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry and (c) you have Internet access. Void in overseas U.S. territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations (except Puerto Rico where this Contest is valid), and void in the Province of Quebec. Void where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed.

Promotion Period : The “Contest Period” runs from 5:30:00 pm, Central Time (“CT”), February 7, 2010 (“Contest-Start”) to 11:59:59 am, CT, March 9, 2010 (“Contest-End”).

Prize (s):

(4) Grand Prizes (one for each Hotel Hell category): A US$10,000 HomeAway Getaway to the Vacation Rental the winner chooses provided that such vacation rental must be available through HomeAway.com or a website owned and operated by HomeAway, Inc. The prize will be applied to the rental price of the Vacation Rental. Should the cost of the vacation rental be less than US$10,000, the difference will be given to the winner in cash to apply to airfare, meals, etc. ARV: – US$10,000 for each prize.
