Time Warner Cable presents Sprout On Demand Giveaway

Eligibility : The Time Warner Cable presents Sprout On Demand Giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents who, as of 3/1/10, are Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks subscribers, residing in a serviceable area of Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks and those living in the same household in the following states/areas:  AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, or WY, and are 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Time Warner Cable presents Sprout On Demand Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins 10:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 2, 2010 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on March 29, 2010 (“Giveaway Period”).

How To Enter : You may enter online at twondemand.com/sprout (the “Website”) by completing and submitting the online registration form as prompted.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Giveaway Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to visit The Sunny Side Up studios and meet Chica and a Sprout host (based on their availability). Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation from a major U.S. Gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; standard hotel accommodations [one (1) room, double occupancy] for 3 days and 2 nights, round trip ground transportation to and from airport in Philadelphia, and a Sprout Gift Pack. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,500

Five (5) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive a Sponsor-selected Flip video camera and a Sprout gift pack including an exclusive Chica plush. The ARV of each First Prize is $200. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $1,000.

Five (5) Second Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive a Sprout gift pack including an exclusive Chica plush. The ARV of each Second Prize is $100. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $500.
