Heluva Good! 2010 Racing Contest

Eligibility : The Heluva Good! 2010 Racing Contest is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Contest entry.

Promotion Period :  To be eligible to receive a Dover Prize, Pocono Prize, Michigan Prize, or Watkins Glen Prize , an entrant must submit an entry during the applicable period below (each, a “Contest Term”).

• Dover International Speedway May –Begins on February 5th and ends at 5:00pm Eastern Time on April 22nd
• Pocono Raceway June – Begins on February 5th and ends at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on May 13th
• Michigan International Speedway June – Begins on February 5th and ends at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on May 20th
• Pocono Raceway August – Begins on May 28th and ends at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on July 15th
• Watkins Glen International – Begins on May 14th, and ends at 5:00pm Eastern Time on July 15th
• Michigan International Speedway August – Begins on June 7th and ends at 5:00pm Eastern Time on July 22nd
• Dover International Speedway September – Begins on June 10th and ends at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on September 2nd

One Winner will receive a “Heluva Good! VIP Weekend,” which consists of 2 grandstand tickets to the Dover 200, 2 suite tickets to the Heluva Good!® 200, 2 suite tickets to the Autism Speaks 400 presented by Hershey®’s Milk & Milkshakes, hotel accommodations for the weekend, and the opportunity to serve as the honorary starter for the Heluva Good! 200, having an approximate retail value of $3,070.

On or about May 19, 2010 a drawing will be made for the following Prizes (each a “Pocono Raceway June Prize”):

Pocono 500 (Sprint Cup Series) on June 6th

• 25 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each, having an approximate retail value of $360

Approximate Retail Value of all Pocono Raceway June Prizes is $9,000

On or about May 26, 2010, a drawing will be made for the following Prizes (each a “Michigan International Speedway June Prize”):

One Winner will receive a “Heluva Good! VIP Weekend,” which consists of 2 suite tickets to the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips 400 (Sprint Cup Series); 2 suite tickets to the VFW 200 (Camping World Series); 2 Grandstand tickets to the Racing for Wildlife 200 (ARCA Racing Series) and Sprint Cup pole qualifying, hotel accommodations for the weekend, and the opportunity to serve as the honorary starter for the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips 400, having an approximate retail value of $3,070.

On or about July 21, 2010 a drawing will be made for the following Prizes (each a “Watkins Glen International Prize”):

One Winner will receive a “Heluva Good! VIP Weekend,” which consists of 2 tickets to the Crown Royal 200 (GRAND-AM) on August 7th, 2 Suite tickets to the Zippo 200 (Nationwide Series) on August 7th, 2 Suite tickets to the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen on August 8th, and hotel accommodations for the weekend, having an approximate retail value of $3,150.

25 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets and Hospitality Tent Access for the August 7 – 8 race weekend, including the Crown Royal 200 (GRAND-AM) on August 7th, the Zippo 200 on August 7th, and the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen on August 8th, having an approximate retail value of $700.

Approximate Retail Value of all Watkins Glen International Prizes is $20,650

On or about July 21, 2010 a drawing will be made for the following Prizes (each a “Pocono Raceway August Prize”):

25 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each to the Pennsylvania 500 (Sprint Cup Series) on August 1st, having an approximate retail value of $360.

Approximate Retail Value of all Pocono Raceway August Prizes is:  $9,000

On or about July 28, 2010 a drawing will be made for the following Prizes (each a Michigan International Speedway August Prize”):

Carfax 400 (Sprint Cup Series) on August 15th

• 25 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each and Hospitality Tent Access, having an approximate retail value of $560.

Carfax 250 (Nationwide Series) on August 14th

• 25 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each and Hospitality Tent Access, having an approximate retail value of $282.

On or about September 8, 2010 a drawing will be made for the following Prizes (each a Dover International Speedway September Prize):

AAA 400 (Sprint Cup Series) on September 26th

• 15 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each and Hospitality Tent Access, having an approximate retail value of $560.

Dover 200 (Nationwide Series) on September 25th

• 10 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each, having an approximately retail value of $220.

Sunoco 150 (Camping World Series) on September 24th

• 10 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each, having an approximate retail value of $140.

Approximate Retail Value of all Dover International Speedway September Prizes is: $12,000
