How To Enter

There are 3 methods of entry for this Sweepstakes.

1. Using your eligible Card at a Gap, Old Navy, or Banana Republic or Athleta. Automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes each time you use your eligible Card to make a signature-based purchase transaction in-store or online during the Sweepstakes Period.
2. Using your eligible Card at a merchant. Automatically receive 3 entries into the Sweepstakes each time you use your eligible Card to make a signature-based purchase transaction at a merchant in-store or online, excluding purchases transactions made in-store or online at Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic or Athleta during the Promo Period.
3. By mail without making a purchase. Automatically receive 4 entries into the Sweepstakes by hand printing your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, the first 6 digits of your eligible Card number, and the words “Holiday Sweepstakes” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mailing it in a sealed, stamped and hand printed #10 envelope to: Holiday Sweepstakes, 211 Greenwood Ave. 2-2, Promo 515, Bethel, CT 06801.

The Prizes

A total of 1,601 prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPS: $155,500.

• Grand Prize winner will receive a 7-night trip for winner and one guest to Paris, France. ARV of Grand Prize = $30,500
• Each First Prize winner will receive one $500 digital Mastercard Prepaid card. ARV of each First Prize = $500 ea.
• Each Second Prize winner will receive one $100 digital Mastercard Prepaid card. ARV of each Second Prize = $100 ea.
• Each Third Prize winner will receive one $25 digital Mastercard Prepaid card. ARV of each Third Prize = $25 ea.

Sweepstakes Rules

• Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on 12/31/24.
• Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are prior to 10/15/24 a:
  • (i) Gap Good Rewards World Mastercard, Navyist Rewards World Mastercard, or Banana Republic Rewards World Mastercard card holder;
  • (ii) legal permanent residents and physically located in one of the 50 U.S. (including D.C.);
  • (iii) the legal age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of residence (which is 18 years of age in most states, but is 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi).
• Limit: There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible consumer may receive during the Promo Period (regardless of entry method chosen).
• Random Drawing Date: 1/16/25
• Winner Notification: By telephone, email and/or mail
• Winners: Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by 2/28/25 to: Holiday Sweepstakes Winner, 211 Greenwood Ave. 2-2, Promo 501, Bethel, CT 06801.
