Nurse Jackie Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Nurse Jackie Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older).

Promotion Period : The Nurse Jackie Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 NOON Eastern Time (ET) on or about March 12, 2010 and ends at 11:59 AM ET on or about June 7, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter online, go to jackiesweeps.com, follow the onscreen instructions, and complete the online entry registration process

Limit : Limit of four entries per person per day, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize includes $5,000 in cash (awarded in the form of a check) plus a minimum of $5,000 donated to a non-profit organization selected by the Grand Prize winner (and mutually agreed upon by Sponsor) from a list of organizations approved by the Sponsor, at its sole discretion (“Grand Prize Charity”). Based on the total number of games that are shared with friends (e.g. sent through Facebook Connect features) and game plays recorded on the website, the donation amount may increase up to a maximum of $20,000 at the discretion of Sponsor. Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize is up to $25,000 dependent upon final donation amount.

Five (5) Second Place Prizes: An Apple iPad; ARV: $829 each.

Winners : For the name of Prize winners, available after July 31, 2010, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Nurse Jackie Sweeps Winners, c/o Marden-Kane, Dept. MB, 36 Maple Place, Manhasset, NY 11030. Requests received after September 30, 2010 will not be honored.
