World’s First Live Reality Ad Contest

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 49 U.S. & District of Columbia (excluding Maine) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who, as of date of entry, are 18 or older with the following exceptions: residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older, residents of Mississippi who must be 21 years of age or older, and Canadian residents (excluding Quebec), who must be of the legal age of majority in their province of residence.

Promotion Period : The World’s First Live Reality Ad Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3/31/2010 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on 4/18/2010 (the “Contest Period”).

Prize (s):

(12) Finalist Prizes: Each Finalist will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for herself/himself and one guest to New York, NY, which will occur during the following timeframe: 5/10/2010 through 5/14/2010, where Finalist will have the opportunity to participate in the Contest “Call-Back”, including a makeover and the opportunity to participate in various Sponsor-specified Contest related activities. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest Finalist’s home, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) and USD$250 spending money for Finalist (Estimated ARV of trip is USD$3,625

(1) Grand Prize — Grand Prize winner will have the opportunity to participate in the Live Pantene Reality Ad, which will be filmed at a Sponsor-specified location on a Sponsor-specified date. Location of filming will either be near winner’s residence or winner will be required to fly to a Sponsor-specified location. If travel is required for the filming of the Live Ad, winner will receive round-trip coach class air transportation for her/him and one guest to the filming location of the live ad, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for the duration of the trip and USD$500 spending money for winner. If winner is not required to travel, he/she will receive a USD$500 gift card in lieu of the travel portion of the prize (Estimated Maximum ARV of the Live Ad portion of the Grand Prize (assuming travel is required) is USD$3,825; actual ARV of Live Ad portion of the Grand Prize is dependent on location of Live Ad, if winner must travel to location and, if travel is involved, ARV will depend on location of filming/Grand Prize winner’s residence and air fares at time of departure. There is no retail value associated with the Live Ad portion of the Grand Prize). The Grand Prize winner will also receive a 2-day/1-night “Rock Star Experience” trip for two to a city of winner’s choice from a list of Sponsor-specified cities in the U.S. “Rock Star Experience” trip includes round-trip first class air transportation (subject to availability) from major airport nearest winner’s home, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), two tickets to a Sponsor-specified concert in the destination city, transportation to/from winner’s home/airport and to/from airport/hotel in destination city, admission to sound check, a meet and greet with concert performer and back stage passes (admission to sound check, meet and greet and backstage access is based on availability), plus winner will receive Sponsor specified concert memorabilia and USD$250 spending money. The ARV of the “Rock Star Experience” is USD$6,050. The total Maximum ARV of the Grand Prize is USD$9,325.

(22) Fan Favorite Prizes: A year supply of PANTENE shampoo and conditioner (consisting of twelve (12) bottles of PANTENE shampoo and twelve (12) bottles of PANTENE conditioner). The ARV of each Fan Favorite Prize is USD$96.
