Radio Disney’s Livin The Dream With The Jonas Brothers Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C., except Maine (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., April 17, 2010, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., April 29, 2010 (“Term”)

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Text Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1,300) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for four (4) persons (Winner, two Parent/ Legal Guardians, and one other Guest) (“Family”) to Los Angeles, CA (“City”) to visit the set of the Disney Channel Original Series, JONAS (“JONAS Set Visit”). In addition, the Winner will receive three (3) musical items, each signed by one of the Jonas Brothers. The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Family (one standard room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City; [2] one (1) JONAS Set Visit, including admission for four (4) for the Family ; [3] one (1) guitar autographed by Kevin; [4] one (1) drum set with cymbal autographed by Nick; [5] one (1) microphone autographed by Joe; [6] round-trip limousine service transfers between the hotel and the JONAS Set Visit; [7] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Family between an airport near the Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and an airport near the City; and [8] round-trip car service transfers between the airport and hotel in the City. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $4,500.
