HGTV Green Home Giveaway

Eligibility : The HGTV Green Home Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of April 16, 2010

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 16, 2010 until 5:00 p.m. ET on June 4, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

How To Enter : Go to http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv-green-home-2010-giveaway/package/index.html and follow the instructions.

Limit : limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize which consists of: (i) the home located in Plymouth, Massachusetts (the “HGTV Green Home”) that is featured in the “HGTV Green Home” special, (including home furnishings and merchandise); (ii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (awarded in the form of a check); and (iii) an automobile. The home is valued at approximately $650,000 (includes structure, lot, landscaping, furnishings, artwork, and accessories) as of February 1, 2010. All decisions related to the HGTV Green Home shall be at Main Sponsor’s sole discretion. Actual value of HGTV Green Home depends on market fluctuations. The automobile consists of a 2010 GMC Terrain (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $38,675).  Total ARV of Grand Prize is $788,675.

Winners : Beginning on or about August 9, 2010 you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner, either by going to the HGTV Website (www.hgtv.com) or mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: HGTV Green Home Giveaway — Winner’s List, PO Box 53305, Knoxville, TN 37950. Requests received after September 10, 2010 will not be honored.
