Kung Fu Kickoff Sweepstakes

Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must have your parent or legal guardian’s (“Parent”) permission and be (i) a legal resident of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/15/10 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 5/12/10.

How To Enter : Visit website nick.com/kfpworld (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and complete a registration form.

Limit : Entries limited to one (1) entry per calendar day/per person and/or email address.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a Hewlett Packard laptop computer (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):  $1,500).

First Prize (25):  First Prize Winners will each be awarded a one Kung Fu Panda World Prize Pack:  Fortune Cookies (ARV: $27.50), Tote Bag ($ARV: $25), Mousepad (ARV:  $10) and Water Bottle (ARV:  $12).  Total ARV per First Prize:  $74.50.  Total ARV of all First Prizes: $1862.50.

Second Prize (100):  Second Prize Winners will each be awarded a one Kung Fu Panda World Mousepad (ARV $10).  Total ARV of all Second Prizes:  $1,000.

Winners : To receive the names of the Winners or an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Kung Fu Kickoff Sweepstakes” c/o The National Sweepstakes Company, P.O.
