Eligibility : Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old as of the date of entry

Promotion Period : The “Teen Vogue Eclipse Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at approximately 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 19, 2010 and ends at approximately 11:59 pm ET on June 7, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

The approximate retail value of the prize is $4,000
