Eligibility : “M&M’S® MOST COLORFUL FANS ™ OF NASCAR CONTEST” (the “Contest”) is open to all individual legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States of America and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older, who have Internet access or a access to NASCAR Sprint Cup MobileSM (the “Application”) via a Sprint wireless device as of May 28, 2010

Promotion Period : Starting at 10:00:00 a.m. ET on May 31, 2010 and ending at 9:59:59 a.m. ET on September 5, 2010 (the “Entry Period”)

WEEKLY PRIZES:
Fourteen (14) Weekly Prize Winners will each receive one (1) preloaded gift card (a “Gift Card”) credited with Five Hundred Dollar ($500), at an approximate market value (“AMV”) of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per Weekly Winner. Total AMV of Weekly Prizes: Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000).

GRAND PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to the NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum in Charlotte, North Carolina (“Museum”), at an AMV of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) and one (1) Gift Card credited with Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).

FIRST RUNNER-UP PRIZE:
One (1) First Runner-Up will receive one (1) Two Thousand Dollar ($2,000) Gift Card.

SECOND RUNNER-UP PRIZE:
One (1) Second Runner-Up will receive one (1) One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) Gift Card.
