Eligibility : Recognize Awesome Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on May 24, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Germany. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Germany (city to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); four (4) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground
transportation between airport and hotel and hotel and game venue; and two (2) tickets to a 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup® game (game determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.
