Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other US territories) and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins at 8:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 20, 2010, (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

Grand Prize – One (1) entrant will be randomly selected to win a trip for two (2) people to Maui, “Grand Prize”, Approximate Retail Value, USD $4,500. The Grand Prize consists of round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major metropolitan airport closest to the winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsor) to Kahului, Maui Island, HI, five (5) nights standard hotel accommodation (based on double occupancy) at the Sheraton Maui Hotel, the use of a mid-size rental car for the duration of the stay, access to the Maui Jim boat for snorkeling or fishing trips, two (2) tickets to the Hyatt Regency “Drums of the Pacific Luau”, winner’s choice of a two (2) hour country horseback ride for two (2) people or a parasailing excursion for two (2) people, (parasailing available May 16 – December 14) and two (2) pair of Maui Jim sunglasses.
