Eligibility : Contest is open to couples who are legally married or engaged to be married by August 23, 2010, who are both legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia and 21 years of age or older (excluding legal residents of Colorado, Maryland and Vermont) (each, a “Couple”).

Promotion Period : The America’s Hottest Culinary Couple Contest (the “Promotion”) starts on July 21, 2010 at 12:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 16, 2010 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

FINALIST PRIZES (2) – A trip to New York, NY and the opportunity to participate in the Culinary Challenge (location subject to change) on or about September 13, 2010 (date subject to change) for each of the two Finalist Couples. Each Finalist Prize includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Finalist’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, one (1) nights’ standard hotel accommodations for two (2) (one room; double occupancy) (room rate and tax only), a $250 total meal stipend, and the opportunity for the Finalist Couple to participate in the Culinary Challenge (as described above).   Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Finalist Award: $2,500 per Couple.

GRAND PRIZE (1) – In addition to the Finalist Prize, one (1) Grand Prize winning Couple will receive a $10,000 cash award (in the form of a check), a digital camcorder and tripod, and $500 worth of Pyrex products (exact products to be determined by Sponsor).  ARV of Grand Prize: $11,500.

RUNNER-UP PRIZE (1) – In addition to the Finalist Prize, the Runner-up Couple will receive $500 worth of Pyrex products (exact products to be determined by Sponsor). Runner-Up Prize will be awarded in the names of both members of the Runner-Up Prize winning Couple. ARV of Runner-up Prize: $500.
