Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the Sweepstakes start date.

Promotion Period : The “Channellock Nation” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 20, 2010 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 8, 2010 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and household (mailing address) during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

There will be One (1) Grand Prize winner and Fifty (50) First Prize winners (one winner from each state; D.C. entrants will be included with Maryland entrants). The Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 gift card (or cash award), and $2,500 in Channellock tools. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $7,500. Each First Prize winner will receive a Channellock Tool Roll. The ARV of each First Prize is $100.
