Eligibility : Kmart Smart Sense Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old and Shop Your Way Rewards members at the time of entry. Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on September 19, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 23, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Instant Win Game Prizes: FIFTY (50) FIRST PRIZES (10 per Week): $50 Kmart gift card. ARV: $50.
Winner List : Winner List requests will only be accepted after the Promotion end date (listed above) and no later than January 23, 2011. The list of winners will be sent after the winners are confirmed.
