Eligibility : Built to Outperform Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on October 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : One (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play per “authorized account holder” per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry, EXCEPT those entrants who participate in the Tell A Friend Program may receive up to three (3) additional Sweepstakes entries per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A high performance motorcycle (make/model and all features of motorcycle to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $18,000. Winner may elect to accept a cash alternative of $15,000 in lieu of the motorcycle.
