Eligibility : Dearfoams Slippers Say It (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.
Promotion Period : The Contest begins on November 12, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on December 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $5,000 gift card, retailer determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (terms and conditions apply) and the opportunity to have the Sponsor donate Dearfoams® Slippers to the organization mentioned in the winner’s Submission. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $5,000. THREE (3) RUNNER-UP PRIZES: A Flip Camera. ARV: $200. FOUR (4) WEEKLY PRIZES (one (1) will be awarded after Weekly Entry Periods 1, 3, 5, and 7): Fifteen (15) Pairs of Dearfoams® Slippers (size and style determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $450.
