Eligibility : Sears December Family & Friends Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on November 29, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 6, 2010 at 1:00 a.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

TWENTY-FIVE (25) FOURTH PRIZES: 50 additional Sweepstakes entries. FIFTY (50) FIFTH PRIZES: 25 additional Sweepstakes entries. FIVE HUNDRED (500) SIXTH PRIZES: 10 additional Sweepstakes entries. THIRTY THOUSAND (30,000) SEVENTH PRIZES: 5 additional Sweepstakes entries.
